Cantine Bertani, Ristrutturazione dell’area ospitalità

Il progetto mira a reinventare lo spazio della Cantina Bertani per accogliere i visitatori, utilizzando elementi storici della produzione come strumenti per raccontare il passato e sostanziare il presente. L’approccio contemporaneo si fonde con la storia, creando un legame forte con l’identità della Cantina. La trasformazione ha portato alla creazione di tre grandi aree di accoglienza, tutte connesse da un unico pavimento in cemento acidificato che narra la storia del luogo. La Sala Fondatori è stata ripensata con una divisione mobile, mentre nella sala centrale si snoda un percorso visivo-museale che racconta la storia della Cantina. Lo spazio esterno è stato ridefinito per integrare il ballatoio precedente, mentre un avanzato sistema di illuminazione sottolinea la percezione della materia e completa il percorso visivo.

The project aims to reinvent the Bertani Winery space to welcome visitors, using historical elements of production as tools to tell the past and substantiate the present. The contemporary approach merges with history, creating a strong link with the identity of the winery. The transformation led to the creation of three large reception areas, all connected by a single acidified concrete floor that tells the story of the place. The Founders’ Room was rethought with a movable division, while a visual-museum itinerary that tells the story of the Cantina unfolds in the central hall. The outdoor space was redefined to complement the previous gallery, while an advanced lighting system emphasizes the perception of the material and completes the visual path.
