Private house, Rome, 2006

For the renovation of this penthouse in the Esquilino neighborhood in Rome, the discovery of the attic and the old beams has been crucial to the development of the project.
The two story house, has a large living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The fluidity and the contact between the planes is never lost thanks to the double-height and the glazed panels on the perimeter walls of the rooms, designed to bring light while maintaining privacy.
One of the walls of the kitchen is made entirely of sliding glass doors
