By choosing black steel beams in contrast with the white vaults, the project combines the industrial aspect with a minimalist style – reminding of an old distillery.
The whole space is articulated in different areas, so to permit a multiple use.

Frizzo, today Camillo B., was born from an idea of the founder of ‘Gusto, who launched a new international food experience in Rome.

The restaurant is located in a nineteenth-century Roman building, overlooking Piazza Cavour in Rome.
