La cucina è il fulcro del progetto, unendo mobili moderni in acciaio alla struttura storica rivestita di resina decorativa e archi in mattoni a vista. La camera da letto principale è una suite open space, caratterizzata da una vasca da bagno su misura. La foresteria indipendente segue lo stesso stile, con una cucina lineare in acciaio come elemento distintivo. Inoltre, la spa presente nella foresteria aggiunge un tocco di lusso, con luci cromatiche che costantemente trasformano l’ambiente.

The villa, located in a park-like setting, combines the restoration of the historic building with a contemporary design that blends seamlessly with its historic identity. This balance between past and present is clearly manifested in the spaces and thoughtful details, accompanied by a selection of sophisticated furnishings.

The kitchen is the centerpiece of the project, combining modern steel cabinetry with the historic structure clad in decorative resin and exposed brick arches. The master bedroom is an open-plan suite, featuring a custom-built bath. The freestanding guesthouse follows the same style, with a linear steel kitchen as a distinctive feature. In addition, the spa featured in the guesthouse adds a touch of luxury, with chromatic lights constantly transforming the environment.
