The new 25 apartments complex presents a courtyard with a roof garden, which separates the commercial area on the ground floor from the residential area on the upper floors; trees break through the courtyard as elements of continuity between the different levels.

A new residential and commercial complex project conceived on the perimeter of an old, demolished courtyard building of 1882 in Milan, between Porta Garibaldi and Porta Nuova in Milan. The main façade declares its contemporary nature by using glass to cover the two upper floors.
