The house, surrounded by greenery, is designed as a loft with an open-plan living area and a mezzanine for the bedroom and the studio. An iron staircase, both a physical and formal link between the two floors, starts from a platform covered in parquet, creating a continuous pathway. The industrial style is evident, with iron and glass elements, but the atmosphere evokes an artist’s studio thanks to the artworks and the fabrics of the seating. Resin connects the exterior with the interior, while the parquet defines the more intimate spaces, and Mutina’s Azulej ceramics characterize the bathrooms and the studio.
